時間倒回 80 年代。當時的天才「The Creator」創造出名為「Narita One」的電視遊樂器主機以及名為「Narita Boy」的旗艦遊戲。
《Narita Boy》紅極一時！遊戲卡帶在世界各地的實體商品架上都被一掃而空。幾週之內《Narita Boy》就成了史上最熱賣的電玩遊戲，因其揮舞 Techno-sword 滿足英雄夢的玩法以及讓玩家踏上獨一無二的旅程而大受好評。
與此同時，在二進位代碼之中的數位王國與現實世界連接了。「Him」返回現世並刪除了 The Creator 的記憶。監督程式「Motherboard」與她的手下啟動了 Narita Boy 程序。
Stallions 即將現身，而 Digital Kingdom 需要一名英雄。
